Eze Sunny Chinwuba Williams, Eze Ndi Igbo in Oyigbo, bestowed traditional chieftaincy titles upon Chief Ambrose Okechukwu Obiri and his wife, Lolo Juliana Chibiko Obiri, at the Igbo Palace in Oyigbo, Rivers State.
The ceremony took place on Saturday, June 27, 2026. Chief Obiri received the title “Agbawo Dike Izu 1 of Igbos in Oyigbo,“ while his wife was honored with the title “Ada Ugo 1 of Igbos in Oyigbo.“

During the event, the monarch urged the couple to continue their good deeds and to ensure their conduct reflected the dignity of the titles conferred upon them.
He offered prayers for the new chief, Lolo and congratulated them on their well-deserved promotion.
Chief Obiri expressed his gratitude to God, to Eze Chinwuba, and to the Igbo Council of Chiefs, pledging to preserve Igbo traditions and work for the well-being of society.
Lolo Juliana also promised to support her husband and advocate for the causes that help women and children in the community.
